1. Who we are

Talaad TH ("Talaad", "we", "us") is an online marketplace for buying and selling in Thailand, at talaadth.com. Talaad TH is part of and operated by Surin Core Asset Group Co., Ltd., which is the data controller for the personal data described here, under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) ("PDPA").

2. What we collect

• Your Google or LINE account. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture link; with LINE we receive your LINE user ID, display name and profile picture link. We use this only to sign you in and keep one account per person. It is never shown to other users.
• Mobile number (only if you choose SMS verification). Used to send a one-time code and confirm your number for the Verified seller badge. It is never shown to other users.
• Display name. Shown on your ads and in chats.
• Your ads. Title, description, price, category, province, area and photos. Ads are public.
• Shop details (businesses only). If you open a shop, its name, logo, description, opening hours and the contact details you choose to add (phone, LINE ID, website) are shown publicly on your shop page.
• Approximate location (optional). If you choose "Use my location", we store the location of your ad rounded to about 1 km, so buyers can see the distance. We never store your exact position.
• Messages. Chats between you and other users. Only the people in a chat can read it.
• Saved ads and reports you make about ads.
• Ratings. Stars and ready-made words you give a seller after a chat. They are shown publicly as part of the seller's rating; your name is not shown next to them.
• Technical data. A sign-in token stored on your device, and standard server logs (such as IP address and time of request) kept by our service providers.

3. Why we use it (and our legal basis)

• To run the marketplace: create your account, publish your ads and deliver your messages (performance of a contract).
• To keep fake accounts and scammers out: one account per Google or LINE account (or verified mobile number), and reviewing reported ads (legitimate interest).
• To keep the service safe and working: security, fixing problems and preventing abuse (legitimate interest).
• To comply with the law when we are legally required to (legal obligation).

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

We use these service providers to run Talaad. They process data only on our instructions:

• Supabase: database, sign-in and photo storage. Servers in Seoul, South Korea.
• Cloudflare: website hosting and delivery.
• Google and LY Corporation (LINE): sign-in. They confirm who you are and tell us the account details listed in section 2.
• Twilio: sends SMS verification codes, only if you choose SMS verification, so it receives your mobile number.
• MyMemory (Translated srl, Italy): translates an ad or a chat message, only when you tap "Translate". It receives that text, but not who wrote it.

Some of these providers store data outside Thailand. We only use providers that apply appropriate safeguards for personal data, as required by the PDPA. We may also disclose data to authorities when the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

• We keep your data for as long as you have an account.
• When you delete your account (Account → Delete account), your profile, sign-in details, ads, photos, chats and saved ads are deleted. Chats you had with others are removed for them too.
• If you tell us why you are leaving, we keep that reason without your name or number, only to improve Talaad.
• Deleted data can remain in our providers' backups for a short time before it is overwritten.

6. Your rights

Under the PDPA you have the right to:

• access and get a copy of your personal data;
• have it corrected or completed;
• have it deleted (you can do this yourself in the app);
• object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it;
• receive it in a commonly used format (data portability);
• withdraw consent where we rely on it, for example for location;
• complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC), pdpc.or.th.

To use these rights, contact us at the address in section 1. We reply within 30 days.

7. Age

You must be at least 20 years old to create an account, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

8. Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Database rules make sure only you can change your ads and only the people in a chat can read it. No system is completely secure, so please never share sign-in codes with anyone. Talaad will never ask for your code.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.

2. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

• บัญชี Google หรือ LINE ของคุณ เมื่อเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Google เราได้รับชื่อ อีเมล และลิงก์รูปโปรไฟล์ เมื่อเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย LINE เราได้รับ LINE user ID ชื่อที่แสดง และลิงก์รูปโปรไฟล์ เราใช้ข้อมูลนี้เพื่อเข้าสู่ระบบและให้มีหนึ่งบัญชีต่อหนึ่งคนเท่านั้น ไม่แสดงให้ผู้ใช้อื่นเห็น
• เบอร์มือถือ (เฉพาะเมื่อคุณเลือกยืนยันทาง SMS) ใช้ส่งรหัสแบบใช้ครั้งเดียวเพื่อยืนยันเบอร์สำหรับป้ายผู้ขายที่ยืนยันแล้ว ไม่แสดงให้ผู้ใช้อื่นเห็น
• ชื่อที่แสดง แสดงบนประกาศและในแชท
• ประกาศของคุณ หัวข้อ รายละเอียด ราคา หมวดหมู่ จังหวัด พื้นที่ และรูปภาพ ประกาศเป็นข้อมูลสาธารณะ

• ตำแหน่งโดยประมาณ (ไม่บังคับ) หากคุณเลือก "ใช้ตำแหน่งของฉัน" เราจะเก็บตำแหน่งของประกาศแบบปัดเศษประมาณ 1 กม. เพื่อให้ผู้ซื้อเห็นระยะทาง เราไม่เก็บตำแหน่งที่แน่นอนของคุณ

3. เราใช้ข้อมูลเพื่ออะไร (และฐานทางกฎหมาย)

• เพื่อให้บริการตลาด: สร้างบัญชี ลงประกาศ และส่งข้อความ (การปฏิบัติตามสัญญา)
• เพื่อป้องกันบัญชีปลอมและมิจฉาชีพ: หนึ่งบัญชีต่อหนึ่งบัญชี Google หรือ LINE (หรือเบอร์มือถือที่ยืนยันแล้ว) และตรวจสอบประกาศที่ถูกรายงาน (ประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย)
• เพื่อความปลอดภัยและการทำงานของระบบ: รักษาความปลอดภัย แก้ไขปัญหา และป้องกันการใช้งานในทางที่ผิด (ประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย)
• เพื่อปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย เมื่อกฎหมายกำหนด (หน้าที่ตามกฎหมาย)

เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ และไม่นำไปใช้เพื่อการโฆษณา

4. เราเปิดเผยข้อมูลให้ใคร

เราใช้ผู้ให้บริการต่อไปนี้ในการให้บริการ Talaad โดยผู้ให้บริการประมวลผลข้อมูลตามคำสั่งของเราเท่านั้น

• Supabase ฐานข้อมูล ระบบเข้าสู่ระบบ และที่เก็บรูปภาพ เซิร์ฟเวอร์อยู่ที่กรุงโซล ประเทศเกาหลีใต้
• Cloudflare โฮสต์และส่งเว็บไซต์
• Google และ LY Corporation (LINE) ระบบเข้าสู่ระบบ ยืนยันตัวตนของคุณและส่งข้อมูลบัญชีตามข้อ 2 ให้เรา
• Twilio ส่งรหัสยืนยันทาง SMS เฉพาะเมื่อคุณเลือกยืนยันทาง SMS จึงได้รับเบอร์มือถือของคุณ
• MyMemory (Translated srl, อิตาลี) แปลประกาศหรือข้อความแชท เฉพาะเมื่อคุณกด "แปล" โดยได้รับเฉพาะข้อความนั้น ไม่ได้รับข้อมูลว่าใครเป็นผู้เขียน

ผู้ให้บริการบางรายเก็บข้อมูลนอกประเทศไทย เราเลือกใช้เฉพาะผู้ให้บริการที่มีมาตรการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เหมาะสมตามที่ PDPA กำหนด และเราอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลต่อหน่วยงานรัฐเมื่อกฎหมายกำหนด

5. เราเก็บข้อมูลนานเท่าไร

• เราเก็บข้อมูลของคุณตราบเท่าที่คุณยังมีบัญชี
• เมื่อคุณลบบัญชี (บัญชี → ลบบัญชี) โปรไฟล์ ข้อมูลการเข้าสู่ระบบ ประกาศ รูปภาพ แชท และประกาศที่บันทึกไว้จะถูกลบ แชทที่คุณคุยกับผู้อื่นจะถูกลบสำหรับเขาด้วย
• หากคุณบอกเหตุผลที่ออก เราจะเก็บเหตุผลนั้นไว้โดยไม่มีชื่อหรือเบอร์ของคุณ เพื่อใช้พัฒนา Talaad เท่านั้น
• ข้อมูลที่ลบแล้วอาจยังอยู่ในข้อมูลสำรองของผู้ให้บริการระยะสั้นๆ ก่อนถูกเขียนทับ

6. สิทธิของคุณ

ตาม PDPA คุณมีสิทธิ

• เข้าถึงและขอรับสำเนาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ
• ขอแก้ไขข้อมูลให้ถูกต้องหรือครบถ้วน
• ขอลบข้อมูล (คุณลบเองได้ในแอป)
• คัดค้าน หรือขอให้ระงับการใช้ข้อมูล
• ขอรับข้อมูลในรูปแบบที่ใช้ทั่วไป (สิทธิในการโอนย้ายข้อมูล)
• ถอนความยินยอมในกรณีที่เราอาศัยความยินยอม เช่น ตำแหน่ง
• ร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.) pdpc.or.th

หากต้องการใช้สิทธิ ติดต่อเราตามที่อยู่ในข้อ 1 เราจะตอบกลับภายใน 30 วัน

7. อายุ

ผู้สร้างบัญชีต้องมีอายุอย่างน้อย 20 ปี หรือได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครองหรือผู้แทนโดยชอบธรรม

8. ความปลอดภัย

ข้อมูลถูกส่งผ่านการเชื่อมต่อที่เข้ารหัส (HTTPS) กฎของฐานข้อมูลกำหนดให้มีเพียงคุณที่แก้ไขประกาศของคุณได้ และมีเพียงคนในแชทที่อ่านแชทได้ ไม่มีระบบใดปลอดภัยสมบูรณ์ โปรดอย่าบอกรหัสเข้าสู่ระบบกับใคร Talaad จะไม่ขอรหัสของคุณ

9. การเปลี่ยนแปลง

หากเราเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบายนี้ เราจะปรับวันที่ด้านบน และแจ้งในแอปสำหรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่สำคัญ
